Welcome to By Design Homes

We started By Design Homes with the intent to create stable, functional, peaceful and inspiring spaces for individuals and families who need a productive space to call "home" on their journey forward for a period of time.

The inspiration was driven out of our own experience of moving in and out of temporary homes six times in a year. Our journey proved that despite crisis, uncertainty and inconvenience, life keeps moving forward and having a space that provides stabilization can make all the difference. Our tagline "Where Life Keeps Moving" was written by one of our very first guests in one of our homes. Their family's stay in our home provided them the opportunity to continue moving forward with their day to day activities with peace and certainty, knowing that their practical needs were being met.

Our business has expanded to include mid-term rentals for families, home staging & consultation for individuals and realtors looking to sell a home, rehabbing distressed properties, and providing design & construction services.
